Don't let this game get into the 5th. Got some big time rain coming.

Furcal definitely plays very well against the Reds almost every time. It got me thinking...

Who do some of our players play the best against?

That was a great stopping point for this game. :D Fay says they would resume it from this point though if it got called. Is that correct?

Correct that is not correct. It would start over.

JUst what I thought. Cannot beat any good team. I will give him credit for Giants but they are no offense powerhouse.

11-0. 16 hits to 3. Not a fun night for the good guys...

Bill Bray threw another scoreless inning tonight in Louisville. Allowed one hit. Hopefully his arm strength is building rapidly

Does anyone else feel that the Reds are in trouble and are geeting ready for dive in the standings. Reds have Dodgers and then Seattle with Lee and Hernandez. The offense looks to be in a bit of a rut and the bullpen problems continue to struggle. Meanwhile, Cardinals playing Seattle and Oakland at home and missing their best pitchers. I don's see any wins except maybe Thursday until next Sunday. As good as Leake may be tonight, the offense will not score much off Kershaw. I hope I am wrong but by Sunday we may be behind by two or three games.

The bullpen is having problems for sure but if the offense doesn't start scoring some runs it's not going to matter what the bullpen does. The last week or two the offense is struggling most days. Also I vote GT is not to start another thread on the reds week.

^ He still has time to make up for it but it's not looking good so far.
