It's a decided advantage for the better team. Personally, I like championship games decided by the teams if possible. I don't want somebody winning because they benefitted from a snowstorm.

I understand 5wide, but when LSU wins in at in New Orleans, or Florida in their home state something just isn't right about that. Utah would love to play in Utah, Boise State would love to play in Idaho.

History, where did Bama win their last NC? And we also have a great Rose Bowl tradition and back then we had to travel by train to get to the Rose Bowl.

He is playing in both. Also, has a HS game on natl TV. Can you imagine him and Bridgewater on the field at the same time? I hope were there to see it!

He has commited to play in the Under Armour game. Braxton camped at Ohio State this past weekend and measured in at 6-3 203lbs and ran a 4.37 forty yard dash. This information came from Tressel and was reported by Mark Porter. he runs the Scouting Ohio website linked above.

 

OSU is hoping for another commitment tomorrow when Georgia LB james Vaughters announces his commintment. I think he is down to OSU, Georgia and Stanford. With Depriest being in love with Alabama, this would be a big get for the Buckeyes.

Some think Vaughters is a Stanford lean but I i'm hoping for a call saying hes a Buckeye, its very possible he has OH connections. Also, expect WR Devin Smith to commit to the Bucks soon and Tight End Nick Vannett. Braxton is going to Under Armour (3-4 other Buckeyes will be there), but i've heard he is doing both if it's possible. A prestigious honor to be the first QB selected to the Army game (of this class). I've always though the Army game was a better game but that's just me.

Vaughters commited to Stanford today. I have alway liked the Army game better to but I think the players like the fact the Under Armour practices are televised as well as the game. I was thinking the games were on the same weekend this past year. I always watch them to see who commits to OSU but always come away disappointed. This year we will have all but one or two players already commited by the time these games roll around.

Yup Vaughters was a Stanford lean most knew it. He wanted academics and climate, he's a real sharp kid. Devin Smith and Nick Vannett will be the next two Buckeye commits. Army game was cruel to OSU last year but that's not every year.

Devin Smith has verbaled to the Buckeyes. 6'2" 170 WR for Massillon, OH, welcome aboard another target for Braxton.

The sites are chosen years in advance of the games. What do you think they should do? If Fla. is in the championship up and move the game from the state that had been preparing to have it for a few years. To solve the problem teams from somewhere else should play good enough to get in the game.
