Hey TOG, I thought you had to pitch four innings to get the win in high school. Similar to MLB having to pitch 5 of the 9.

This is only if it is a starting pitcher:thumb:

Actually, I went back and you gave Fagel the win and Arnzen the save against Boone:

CovCath pitching:

Fagel (W) 53 pitches 4 innings 17 PA 3 hits 3 runs 2 earned runs and 1 walk

Arzen (SV) 42 pitches 3 innings 11 PA 2 hits 0 runs 2 K's

CovCath hitting:

Siemer4 PA and 1 hit

Warning 4 PA 1 hit (double) 1 rbi 1 K 1 sac and 1 hbp

Klein 4 PA 1 hit and 1 walk

Nienaber CR and 1 cs

Gerwe 3 PA 2 runs scored 1 hit 1 walk 1 sb and reached base via E-4

Martin 3 PA 1 run scored 1 hit and 1 hbp

Lankheit 3 PA 1 hit (double) and 2 rbi's

Taylor CR and 1 run scored

Severson 3 PA

Schlagbaum 3 PA 1 run scored 2 hits (double)

Stein 3 PA and 1 sac

Grosser 1 PA and 1 fc

CovCath with this victory finds themselves 10-7 and I am not quite sure if they play a game on Tuesday!

Will AJ be able to pitch this summer? While down in Murray last weekend I looked for his name in the Baseball Stats and saw nothing!

I'm just going by what TOG reported on the game back in an earlier thread.

Yeah the Paper says Arnzen (1-0). Colonels' win a game of rallies.

He's been throwing bullpens but hasn't played as of yet.

Yes he will be able to throw this summer.

I thought so too, but I failed to take into account that the winning CovCath run scored while he was the pitcher of record! He was not the starter in the game and in fact the score was tied when he came in 3-3. Coach Eck set me straight the next day!

Yeah, Sportsnut set me straight. Heck, he must have bookmarked all articles on the blue colonels.

I know Lief Clarkson (Ryle) and Jackson Lauman are playing for Midland.

Looks like a pretty good feeder team into the 18u Bluegrass Chiefs.

The Kentucky Baseball Club 16U team is top ten national ranked and #1 Perfectgame ranking. The team is made up of kids from central Ky, with a NKY kid and a kid from Apollo.

Who is the kid from NKY? And does anybody have a roster of this team? I saw the roster for the 18u KBC and its loaded.

The website for KBC is kentuckybaseballclub.com. The Louisville Baseball Club also has a website: louisvillebaseballclub.com. I'm pretty sure that the Morse Mustangs have a website but not sure what it is. Heard there was a Northern Kentucky kid playing for them. Do the Louisville Hitmen or the Western Ky Dirtbags have a website?

How many kids tryout for u-16 Colonels, or is CovCath just that loaded with underclassman. I know two of the top sophmores are playing for Bluegrass U-16,Embs and Teegarden.

Asher and Plageman from Lloyd and Brilz from Beechwood are also on the Bluegrass Lions 16U. Does anyone have their complete roster?
