How can we know what was said?

So we're going with his story of going over to take the ball out? You think he was asking KG where the ball was?

I personally don't feel like Garnett did much. I would even call that an elbow, more like a forearm that wasn't even swung.

But then again I like KG.

As for Pierce, I can't stand him and if I was Richardson I'd wanna say something too. All his fake injuries and dives don't belong in the game of basketball.

Even Vlade Divac says Paul Pierce flops way too much.

Quentin Richardson got it right. Kevin Garnett is a baby, and Pierce is the most notorious injury faker in the history of the NBA. KG is having a hard time realizing his career is at the very end. Their sense of entitlement kills me. Kind of like KG jawing at LeBron in the last Celtic/Cav game when KG has done nothing of substance consistently for a 2 week period in 2 years. Poor old fella......

"He started to talk to me, so I talked back," Richardson said. "I don't have any business talking to [Pierce], he was on the ground crying. I don't know what was going on, two actresses over there, that's what they are."

"I don't like them, and they know it," Richardson added. "Sometimes he [Pierce] falls like he's about to be out for the season, and then he gets right up. That's all I said."

Funny, no one is talking about suspending Quentin Richardson.

The bold pretty much sums up the whole thing. Both of them have always been that way.

Why does Pierce flopping have anything to do with Q going over there and mouthing off? I'm not seeing the connection.

If Pierce wouldn't have flopped and gone all drama queen on us then Q never would have gone over there mouthing off to KG in the first place.

I'd say the truth lies somewhere in between. Don't you think Q may have said something like "Get up Paul". KG elbowed him and seemed to say something to him. They both had words and people ran to break it up. KG threw another elbow, a real elbow at Q's face. That happened and there's no excuse.

KG is suspended 1 game.

Q is getting fined.

Obviously the league feels that you're wrong.:idunno:

Lakers played great defensively today. Durant could not get in rhythm and he won't if he continues to try to play the Lakers like that. He's got to kick the ball out and people have to make shots or the lane is not going to be open for him. Today he wasn't strong enough to shoot over Artest, I think his shooting will improve but not enough to single handedly beat the Lakers obviously. If the Thunder do not have guys like Green and Harden step up it's going to be a very short series IMO, no matter if Kobe cannot find his game offensively.

The Magic have looked extremely good, except for the last 5 minutes or so. For the first 2 and 1/2 quarters I think they were the most impressive team so far.

Wow, the Spurs and Mavs series looks like its going to be interesting. The Spurs are playing lights out, but Dirk is playing even better. This looks like it's going to be the best game of the playoffs so far.

Sounds like a third grader excuse to me. :idunno: No excuse to get in the face of an opponent while the ball isn't in play. Why is this hard to understand?

 I'm glad the NBA has an opinion about my opinion.

If Q was so innocent, why the fine?

If KG was innocent why's he suspended?

I said Q was talking smack, I just think it was in a playful kind of way because of the way he reacted. I think if he was looking for a fight, he would have thrown some punches.

It isn't. Paul Pierce is a drama queen faker and Quentin Richardson got elbowed for pointing this out to Garnett while Pierce laid crying on the floor. I understand it completely. I am just glad Quentin pointed it out. I'd take an elbow for it too. The truth hurts sometimes and the truth got KG suspended a game.

Q wasn't playing. He said as much when he was interviewed after the game when he said he didn't like them and called them actresses. Good stuff. I love the playoffs.

Lakers looked pretty good today. I was impressed with how Bynum played after being out that long.
