Conner Cougar Commits to D2 School

Featured Replies

Conner WR/P Anthony Boden has committed to D2 Fort Lewis in Colorado. Strong punter/solid receiver. We don't have any D2 football around us so many probably don't realize that its good football .

Congrats to young Mr. Boden.

Before people ask. He is going to Colorado because it is about half way, or so, between here and Alaska. His family is from Alaska and I believe his dad works for the airlines.

Correct.

One of the most physical high school receivers that I have seen in NKY. He was a high school version of David Boston from back in the day. Good luck to him.

Boden is a great player ... and a great young man to have around.

For his size .... he continues to impress me with his athletic ability (we have him for track--and when ever we need him for anything ... he goes out and is usually right in the front pack--which is amazing considering that his main events for us are the shot put and the discus).

He is pretty hilarious to boot ...

Congrats to young Mr. Boden.

If I am not mistaken the only D2 football programs in KY are Ky Wes and Ky St. West Virginia has several but KY does not.

Congratulations to Anthony and the Boden family. Good luck.

Great news Mr. Boden! You worked hard to get to this point. You WILL succeed in what you want to in your future, because you are a leader, not a follower.
