2010 McDonald's All Americans-Duke-UNC

Featured Replies

He's a natural floor leader. He's not going to wow you with athleticism, but he knows how to run a team and set guys up to make plays...

Hes not your typical UNC type PG IMO. When I think of Felton and Lawson those guys were very fast and could really get up and down. It'll be interesting to see how he does at UNC.

I've heard rumblings that Drew II may end up transferring out before it's all said and done because with the addition of Marshall, his minutes could drop significantly.

Can anyone shed some light on that situation?

Agreed. He's not a speedster, but I've seen him run the break enough to know UNC will still get up and down. Marshall will just be more of a distributor that creates for wings running the floor and executing Roy's famous secondary break...

It wouldn't hurt my feelings if Drew left...

What little I watched of KM in tonight's game, has been enough to say he should start right off the bat.

 I didn't see much at all from Marshall tonight. Not that hes not really good, just that in the allstar game setting hes not going to stick out really because hes not a flashy overpowering athlete. (granted I missed the first 6 minutes of the 2nd half so if he put on a show then I apologize).

I didn't see much of him, but I did catch some of his passes and after the season the UNC had that said a lot to me...

Word is that Larry Drew is as good as gone and that UNC will get a committment from Ray McCallum. I know that this sounds dumb about the Ray McCallum committment because he is not even listing UNC at this point but this information is all over the premium message boards. They say it as good as a done deal and Roy will offer McCallum as soon as the season is over and McCallum is prepared to accept. McCallum and Kendall are supposingly very excited about the opportunity to play with each other.

^^^McCallum's daddy can't complain about that decision.

Yes, but I will admit that I do not know 100% but it is a very strong rumor and seems like it has to have some legs to it.
