Mercy is the hottest team in Bowling Green right now.

Stunner!

Wasn't MC one of the favorites?

They were the absolute favorite. No losses in Kentucky this year.

I would dare say this is a wide open tourny now. Anybody's game!

Not a surprise here. Mercy has proven to be a big-game team all year long and a tough team to rank each week.

Brutal watching post game interviews with the losing teams. I High

Not terribly surprised (well, a little) at Mercy winning, but I am surprised at the 16-point margin. Will anyone stop Mercy now?

Mercy is without a doubt, the most well-coached team in BG this week. Mark Evans is a class act and a basketball genius.

I predicted this in an earlier thread. Not a surprise to me. Marion County defeated Mercy at Marion late in the regular season while Mercy was without its team leader and best player. Coach Evans is a class act and one of the best coaches in the state. Congrats to the Jags.

I think Mercy would have to be the clear favorite, without a doubt.

The long-term question is probably this: Now that Marion Co. got its "state-tourney jitters" game out of the way, will they win three straight?

Bowling Green is still the second ranked team in the state but I have not seen or heard a thing about them. Anyone?

I liked the last quarter of the game, so many teams try to sit on the lead and he brought his team out with an attack mentality which wrapped up the game. I agree a very strong coach.
