February 20, 201016 yr Man I don't see how anyone could have said the 'Cuse or GTown were overrated. I know some were sarcastic though. Syracuse scares me more as a UK fan than Kansas does because of that zone and their length. While I don't know about BSpikes claim that GTown has the best backcourt in the country, they looked like it in the 2nd half last night. Maybe they are? I agree with this 100%. Syracuse is SCARY!! I hate seeing teams zone up against UK and the Orange play it better than anyone in the country. I do not want to see Syracuse any time before the Final 4.

February 20, 201016 yr Big East basketball is awesome. The intensity is great...Louisville/Syracuse, Louisville/ND, Syracuse/Georgetown were three great games I watched this past week. Its very similar to SEC football not only in quality and depth, but also with the atmosphere and intensity you get on a game-by-game basis. The contrast was really on display during the Syracuse/G'town game, because Ole Miss/Vandy and Florida/Auburn were on at the same time. There's no one I particularly love or hate in the Big East, but excluding UK, I enjoy watching Big East games better than any.
February 24, 201016 yr To me, Butler is highly overrated. There conference is horendous and they've padded there record with conference wins. In the preseason, when they played a decent non conference team, they lost. They have no quality wins. Siena, during the bracket buster weekend was probably there best win of the year and Siena, although a decent mid major team, certainly doesn't put much fear in you. I also think Mich St has been and still is overrated. They've played a pretty good schedule but have lost most of the games vs really good teams and to some not so good teams. Losing to Wisc isn't bad, but, doing it by that much doesn't say much for you. I just don't think they're very big or physical, don't shoot all that well, aren't real deep and aren't that athletic. Not saying they're bad, just not overly impressive in any category.
