It's not really that tough of a concept to grasp. The rule to follow in point spreads typically is to go against the general public. Personally I think the Cats will win & cover but the spread being so low does make me a little restless.

I'm not in the same league as those guys. I just think I' m a lot better at predicting than I used to be by betting the better team. UK is heads and shoulders better. They should beat them by 8-10. I just get a little hesitant when the spread is a few points off of what I thought it would be.

Actually they didn't change the line. It's just different than I thought it would be. They miss on these quite often too. Just not as often as they win on them. Make no mistake that if UK covers the sports books get killed. They make money by bettors being wrong more than the house is. It really is that easy. Trust me I hope I'm wrong and the talent is the only thing that matters. The most interesting thing to me will to see how the fouls are called. Whoever has more FT attempts will probably cover.
