I,m going out on a limb and predicting a Camel upset in this one. The Camels have been playing well. Point guard Jordan Smith has returned and is a big help. Geiman and McGovney have stepped it up on the offensive end. The Camel defense has been great at times when able to stay out of foul trouble. If things fall into place a Camel "W" is a real possibility.

 

Does anyone know the start time of the game. I have heard it is an afternoon game??????????

They had scheduled it for 2 pm, but I believe it was moved back to 7:30 pm. If someone else can confirm that'd be great.

This could end up being a very good game. Campbell Co plays a style of basketball that has allowed them to play Holmes tight the past few years.

 

Campbell Co will have a tough time matching Holmes athleticism this year though. Pittman will have another big game down low, as CC has nobody that can defend him.

 

With the game being at Campbell Co, I'm going to say we have a close one throughout with Holmes pulling away in the 4th quarter.

All things need to come together for the Camels to pull the upset. It is possible if shots are falling. If the Camels are cold from outside, it could be a long night.

Campbell County is recognizing their youth basketball teams at halftime. There will be an army of little guys running around the gym which will result in an army of parents, brothers, sisters, grandmothers, etc. Expect a good crowd.

Does Campbell Co play their varsity games at the middle school or high school? As many times as I've seen them over the years, I've never seen them play at home.

All home games are at the high school except for the Brossart game which is always played at CCMS.

Game time is 6 pm. for JV and of course 7:30 for Varsity
