Real question here is what does the upcoming cancellations of games for this evening do to next week's tournament with the very limited days that these games can be made up?

 

Especially since these are district games that affect seeding for the tournament.

Also, if I remember correctly you can add a Holmes/Highlands game on Wednesday that was cancelled from this past Saturday.

Campbell County @ Highlands cancelled for tonight and rescheduled for Friday 2/12.

Please feel free to add any games that are make ups or were omitted by me. I am going off of the original schedule, and I realize that the schedule has been modified due to cancellations. I would post them, but I do not have all of the make up games available to me. Thx.

Was supposed to start next Tuesday with 4 and 5 seeds in districts with 5 teams playing. The winner advances to the next night to play the 1 seed. 2 and 3 play that night also.

 

This week's games play into seeding as everyone should be in district play.

Sharp and Holmes cancelled for tonight.

So Highlands has Holmes Wed night, Sharp in Falmouth Thursday night and then the Camels on Friday in Caketown? Does anyone have the records for the Birds 6th,7th and 8th grade teams?

Stinky you got any clue, or Jack of all Trades? I know you both follow the 6th and 7th grade teams. I heard the 8th grade team had only lost 3 or 4 games and 3 were to Conner. They had like 16 wins or something.

The 6th grade is very, very tight between Pendleton, Holmes and Highlands.

 

I believe Highlands beat Holmes.

Pendleton beat Highlands.

Holmes beat Pendleton.

If Pendleton could sweep Holmes and Highlands this week, and Holmes beats Highlands tonight, it could very well be a 3-way tie with each team having two district losses.

 

Pendleton picked up a 2nd loss when Campbell beat them with one of their leading scorers and ballhandlers was out with strep throat. He had 18 against them first game and did not play the 2nd game. Think CC won that game by 6 or so.

 

7th grade, with Highlands having two losses to Holmes that pretty much wraps up the seeding in their district.

 

Newport and Pendleton (they split) should play Tuesday night (if the weather doesn't change the dates of the tournament) for the play in game to play Holmes. Highlands and Campbell on other side of the bracket.

 

8th grade, I am a little unsure here on what has happened between Highlands, Campbell and Holmes. My ASSUMPTION is that Highlands will be the #1 seed with Newport and Sharp 4 and 5 playing the play-in game. Sharp has swept them. Holmes and Campbell on the other side of the bracket.
