I have to agree overall. Crittendon would be in that same class.

 

 

Both are very good, but there's a good size gap between these two.

Different size and completely different type of game. I love watching them both play and hope that both stay injury free so that we can watch their growth over the next couple of years.

i agree jenna crittenden and sydney moss are very talented players. now, it's a little ecentric to think sydney moss is the best of all age groups. as comes with being a sophomore, she still has a lot of expereience and maturity to gain which will make her a great player in the coming years, but there are plenty of seniors and juniors that could out play her. i do feel like some of the smaller schools are getting overlooked. i think ncc's aubrey muench is a pretty decent player.

We're sharing our opinions...IMO, without a doubt in my mind she is the top all-round player in NKY "all" age groups (definitely Soph's). I've followed the 9th pretty closely over the past 5-6yrs and I love several of the players, but, I feel she is the only current player in NKY that has a legit shot at playing at a "high" major D1 school when her HS career is over...again, just my opinion.

 

NCC is my second favorite team in the 9th so I'm not overlooking them at all...however, once Courtney graduates I'm done with them as well

Its just a shame that Sydney couldnt share the exposure and be on a loaded team like she would have been if she would have stayed at Ryle. Her and Crittendon that would be a state championship at least in the Next couple of years.

 

I'll still take Crittendon over Moss anyday, more athletic and unselfish

Would have been a great team. State Championship would be highly unlikely (see Marion County).

I'm not sure I'm reading this correctly but it would appear you're saying Moss is a selfish player. If that's the case you haven't seen Boone County play much this year. Moss certainly plays within the team concept and, IMO, frequently passes the ball when she should be shooting it.

I'm not saying she is a selfish player but she isn't willing to be on the same team as Crittendon these two could have killed the floor this year! Both of the girls are great and i wish the best of luck to both of them but i'm not a big fan of traders. The grass isn't always greener i'll take Ryle by 8+ on Thursday!

It appears you were OK with her transferring to Ryle from Heritage, but not OK with the transfer from Ryle to Boone.

Kara Taulbee is playing really well. There are several who get varsity playing time and will only get better... Chelsea Castleberry, Kayla Massey, Amanda Ray, Dawn Peacock, Sidney Watts to name a few. Very strong Sophomore class.
