He has committed to Miami. I think he really likes it there and it is a great fit for him.

Changing from a MAC school to ND is different than going there from Stanford on the football side. Plus Miami is not much different in academic quality to ND and is closer to home. I would be surprised to see the same thing happen with Grubbs.

scout.com list Nichols as a 3* OT and his national OT rank is #71. And that was without him playing OT in high school. Wonder what he would have been had he played OT.
