January 10, 201016 yr I know it is cooooolllllddddd, but really the snow hasn't been a BIG issue. Suppose to warm up this week. I think we dodged a bullet this time. Cold in the south but not as much snow as they had in the East with very cold temps and not chance of melting between snow falls.

January 10, 201016 yr A friend of mine had snow on her car this morning in Spring Hill, about 20 miles north of Tampa Bay. No pictures, though. They've issued roadway ice warnings for tonight and tomorrow morning. Anybody want to go to the beach?I'm game!!!

Then again, I'm not sure the Scientologists that run the ferry out to Honeymoon Island could handle a Sasquatch coming on board. :scared: They had a family from Great Britain on the news the other night, showing them in their bathing suits out on Clearwater Beach. The father told the reporter, "We came here to spend time on the beach, so we're spending time on the beach." He was a nice shade of blue by the end of the interview.
