Chris Johnson

Chris Johnson basically won my fantasy league for me this year.

If he wasn't so rich, and I wasn't so poor, I would feel like I should give him part of my winnings. I think I'll just keep the money though.

 I've never heard it put like that. I like it though. The year Shaun Alexander won the MVP he should have received 100% of the money I won for winning my league.

I'm playing in a fantasy championship this week and my opponent has him playing. Thank goodness that was called back.:D

CJ gave my opponent the lead, but he is finished and I have 2 IDP playing for the Jets. Only 3 points away...

CJ has had a great year. congrats to him...:thumb:

Did anyone notice Jamaal Charles today? Is it time to maybe consider him a top 5 or 7 talent in the league now-a-days? Look at his stats as a starter. Besides Chris Johnson, he had the best 2nd half of any running back in the league once he was named the starter.

I'm considering keeping him as a keeper depending on what everyone else does...

He's an easy #2 back next year, IMO. He's done nothing but good things in KC. Since becoming the starter he's averaging 121 rushing yards per game along with close to 20 receiving yards per game. In the 8 games he started he managed to tack on 8 total touchdowns. Dude is a beast. If you just doubled his production as a starter it would have been 16 TDs and 1936 rushing yards.

I agree. But, he's a risk because of the small body of work and the uncertainty with NFL teams and what they'll do at RB. Jerome Harrison is another guy that has played very well. But, it makes me think back to Steve Slaton...there were tons of debate about whether Slaton or Chris Johnson would be the better fantasy pick prior to this season.

You just never know. It obviously depends on who else you have and how many you can keep, but if I had Charles I'd strongly consider keeping him. Especially in the 16-team BGP league.

I've got Charles in the BGP league. I wonder if I should keep Romo too..

Romo is another guy I love. Especially with the relationship he has developed with Austin, I think that will get even better next year.
