January 4, 201016 yr Author Did anyone notice Jamaal Charles today? Is it time to maybe consider him a top 5 or 7 talent in the league now-a-days? Look at his stats as a starter. Besides Chris Johnson, he had the best 2nd half of any running back in the league once he was named the starter.
