Tigers get sweet revenge with a shut out.

Congrats to the Tigers. Should be a good one next week in the Capital.

Was this bellevue naming the score???

Sounds like it.

I have been saying since mid season that Bellevue is underrated. They should be the #4 team in the state in 1A IMO. I think they will prove it next week against Frankfort to set up the the grudge match versus Beechwood in round 3. Congrats on the win Tigers!

The Tigers return the opening kick-off and was firing on all cylinders after that. Defense played great. They would give up a play then come back with one or two for negative yardage all night. Buckler had another outstanding game. I figure it was close to 200 and I think 4 scores.

I agree with this.:thumb:

Go Tigers....taking care of business. Get focused and prepare for next week's game like it is the last one you will ever play and good things will come.

Buckler could break the school rushing record in next week's game I am assuming. He was like 260 short going into last night's game and one poster mentioned he thought he got close to 200.

What a great season for the Tigers. I really hope they can get that rematch with Beechwood as the road to the Class A state championship clearly goes through Fort Mitchell.

Yes it was, and I'm surprised, thought Bellevue would win, but thought it would be more competitive.

Gallatin was really not very good this year. Our entire district this year was pretty weak, even Frankfort could only be considered mediocre after injuries.

But, with a healthy Frankfort team, bringing back Quan Weaver and Dwight Tillman Frankfort could have been very dangerous IMO in the playoffs, maybe even knocking off Beechwood this year, But things happen

Hats off to Gallatin they never quit and were still hitting hard in the end.

Nice win for the Tigers. Buckler is one of the best RB in the state.
