And last year when Georgia started out #1 and finished 9-4, struggling to beat Michigan State in the Capital One Bowl was one of the worst coaching jobs ever. Any decent coach would have at least gotten to a BCS bowl....Next If we are going to compare Tuberville's best year to Richt's worst year, then yes, he is a better coach. I prefer to look at them all.

Lost another one in OT, should have played for another but system picked another team over them. 2 Conference Championships Started out career 24 and 0. 4-2 in bowl games, with 4 BCS appearances (2-2) Did anyone think Coker was a good coach, even with one of the most impressive resumes in the country? Richt is about like that, IMO. A stable guy, but not the kind of guy that can make you elite. Some newspapers are already saying that UGA has become insignificant not just on the National Level, but even in the SEC East. UGA is UF's punching bag now, and that's one thing that can get you fired, as it is a rivalry. Last season was one of the worst coaching jobs of the last few years. It tells me that you all bought into the preseason hype and QB/RB combo too much because last year was CLEARLY not his best team.

November 1, 200916 yr Tech runs wild on many teams. Not well coached, highly regarded teams. LSU had no problems with GT what so ever. LSU was a much younger team, with limited offensive weapons let alone two top 15 picks in the draft that UGA had with Moreno and Stafford. GT didn't run so well on LSU at around 160 yards on the ground. And Richt is somewhat held in a higher regard than Les Miles. UGA has under performed the last two seasons without a doubt. How can a Georgia fan look around the SEC, seeing all the coaching talent that other teams have and still have faith that they can keep up with Richt as coach? Meyer clearly owns him and you have to wonder about if the Kiffins can get Tennessee back up. UGA may be come the 3rd wheel just in their division.
