LCA's Hayden Sets State Career Record

Featured Replies

LCA's Dom Hayden set the state record for career points breaking the record set in the 60s Herbie Phelps when Hayden scored his 723rd point. This comes one week after he set the record for career TDs with 119.

Solid career.

Congrats that record has been around for a long time.

Unfortunately, I witnessed TD 117 from the rainy, muddy visitor's sideline last week. :isurrender:

Unfortunately a lot of the RAM faithful witnessed this powerful running back break this record. I hear he is a great kid. And I'm sure if everyone at LCA says he is. He must be. But I can't wait till he is playing ball at the next level. He's a great back. But I'm really tired of seeing him on the field when we play LCA. :irked:

Congrats to D. Hayden on this very impressive record, like other Ram fans I can attest to the fact that he is like tying to tackle a freight train :isurrender:.

I certainly wish him luck in the future unless we (Raceland) should meet LCA and Hayden in the regional title game again this season. Should that game happen then Mr. Hayden along with all his teammates are more than welcome to have a very bad night. :sssh::D

YOU, my noble enemies, are why BGP is the best discussion site around!

Don't get too educational on us country folk. It may go right over our heads. It could be misconstrued as a challege.

Thanks, I needed this. Mrs. Blutarsky's mom passed away this morning, & it's been kind of stressful today. We'll all miss her.

You guys are the greatest!

Congratulations to Mr. Hayden, does he have any looks from colleges? If I am not mistaken, didn't his brother start for WKU.

What kind of size & speed does this kid have? Anybody recruiting him?

I also believe he's is very close to the career rushing TD record as well. Dominique is 5'9" 225 lbs. Runs a 4.57, Benches 345, powercleans 325, and squats 620lbs!!

I've had the oppurtunity to see him in action three different times. He's a great athlete and runningback. He may not have the division I breakaway speed like some. And runs a little higher up than most D1 coaches like. But I garantee once you get him under a college programs coaching staff he can be molded into a great power back for the short yardage and 1st down situations. And I think it's possible that his calves are bigger than my head!

Yes sir he did.

Hate to see Herbie Phelps record broken for the fact that he will lose visibilty to the younger age group of just how dominant he was.

I am sorry to hear of your loss. We will keep your family in our prayers. Is your father-in-law doing ok?
