Bardstown, Hopkinsville, and Sheldon Clark were the main culprits. I remember thinking I was going to mark someone off because of Bowling Green (and secretly relishing the idea ), but it didn't happen.

I think Bardstown got three of us - including me...

Ironically, I had second doubts about Bardstown and twice started to take that pick off my list. I have no idea why I doubted, but I kept thinking that IF Fort Knox was going to win a game, that this might be it. But I talked myself out of it both times. I mean - after all - that was a "can't miss" game, right??? :ohbrother: (Congrats to the Eagles on ending the streak.)

Congrats to the other winners!!!

Bardstown got me as well and to be honest, I didn't see this one coming. Congrats to Ft. Knox on a great win.

Thanks DragonFire on a great contest. I had a blast and can't wait til the next one starts.

Thanks FC I knew I would have to battle you to the end to win this year. This is by far my favorite contest.

Sheldon Clark got me , I saved a bunch of top teams like Belfry , Lone Oak , Highlands , Bowling Green, Trinity etc etc.. for later cause I really thought this contest was going to go longer than it did but anyhow congrats e1:thumb:

I was trying to figure out who got you. Yes you have to hang on to the top teams or you will be out of teams at the end. I thought it would go the entire season as well. Congrats to all that won.

I knew all the other ones at first glance, and I was running down your list thinking, "Yep, he's got it." Then I saw that one and could not believe I had a six way tie!

If I had knew SC had a bunch of Injuries I would have stayed away from this game.

I had no second thoughts about that game whatsoever. I picked Bardstown with all the confidence in the world. And like SE Bell, I had saved big fish like Boyle, Highlands, X & T for the early rounds of the playoffs. Shows where that'll getcha. Hats off to the Eagles, and congrats to all us co-champs.

Congrats to all the winners! Looking forward to next season. How about having the same contest where you pick 6 losers with the same rules & maybe call it stayin dead or sandbaging or play possum? Just a thought. Any opinions?

Dragonfire - Had a blast!! Thanks for running this contest!

Even though I pretty much stink at the football contests - and especially this one - I think it's the most fun contest on BGP. I love the concept.:thumb:
