Yes, the offseason should be interesting. There are not that many differences between the athletes at Christian County versus Hoptown, but the on-field products are polar opposites.

Prior to reclassification and/or Coach Clayton leaving they seemed to be a contender almost every year. :idunno:

I’m interested to see how Fort Campbell’s offense does against Hoptown’s defense. Like Scribe said, Hoptown might be the best defense Fort Campbell has faced and that is certainly Coach Jones’s forte.

You can not control the level of competition when a schedule is made a year or so in advance, but even if Fort Campbell is not playing anybody (it is not like they are playing small unranked teams, they try to schedule bigger schools that are good to make them better), they are still getting the job done. The result is two state championships and we are hoping that they will get the third.
