I don't understand running the ball 2 or 3 times with under 1 minute 30 seconds left. I though Franklin County could pull this off. This week against Pendleton is the biggest game of the season with playoff hopes on the line. Its a do or die week for the Flyers.

 

This is what I don't understand either. At least put the kids in a position and/or with an opportunity to win.

He is over 1,000 yards on the ground, not sure of the number but do know that he is over 1,000. I believe that he is averaging over 5 yards a carry.

I think after last night's performance he should have roughly over 1500yds for the year.

Barnes has always had the talent, it just was a matter of putting him in a system that he could flourish in with the proper talent. He is now showing Bourbon County fans what they wanted. A win against Harrison and they host a playoff game. Coach P is doing a great job with the Colonels. I hope the Flyers can beat Pendleton this week.

1564 yards. Avg 223 a game. 8 yards a carry. Has ran for over 200 in 6 out of the 7 games he has played and that game he had a sprained ankle.

 

Also a very good kid.

 

Like people have said on this board Proud to see him become the player that everyone had talked about early in his carrer.

When Mason County played Bourbon a while back, Barnes was about all the Colonels had. I was very impressed - even in a blowout he played hard the whole game and still got his numbers.:thumb:
