I've been told by two sources that FR James Quick will be starting at WR tonight and that it is the first time in school history a FR will start for the Rocks. Pretty impressive accomplishment for the youngster...

How did he get up the ranks? Someone injured or did he just step his game up and win the spot??? Either way, congrats and good luck.

One of the T folks will have to answer there. I know I saw the kid a few times playing AAU hoops over the summer and you could just tell by looking at him he was a rare high level athlete...

That's the one. It was the Adidas Super 64 event in Vegas and Quick was the MVP...

Sounds like he is going to a very interestin basketball prospect to follow over the coming years.

He's a much better football prospect if that tells you anything...

He must be one heck of an athlete then. UK better get on him quick if they hope to keep a talent like this in the state from going elsewhere.
