After the opening series for each team, Simon Kenton looks strong. A quick 5 or 6 play scoring drive for SK with Lawrence getting nearly all the yardage on the ground. Ryle's first play on offense is a face mask then 3 and out.

This is looking like total domination. That was two very easy scoring drives for SK. SK up 14-0 with 4:34 to go in Q1.

WOW SK up 14-0 in the first quarter. With over 150 yards in offense.

 

However the game could be 7-7. SK got saved by the refs early, on what looked to be an SK fumble.

Apparently one of the officials had blown a whistle and called the play dead. I'd be angry if I was a Ryle fan, but it happens.

Ryle needs to stop SK on this drive or this game will be out of hand before it gets started.
