As formerky pointed out, they determined that it was okay since DA & RR had a relationship beforehand. Marchiony is playing hardcore spin, it seems, because that report sure did say the car was still owned by Pollard, and insured in his name.

Last December, Morris accepted a diversion agreement in Douglas County after pleading not guilty to shooting a woman with a BB gun from his apartment window in August. Very interesting.
