Does anyone have any information on the EKC football standings so far this season?

You can't hardly ever find them, they don't update the website until the end of the season normally.

EKC?

Eastern Kentucky Conference.

Who is in the EKC

Who is in the EKC

Off the top of my pointed head: East Carter, West Carter, Raceland, Fairview, Fleming County, Bath County, Morgan County, and Magoffin County.

Didn't know Magoffin was in now. How long have they been in there Ram? I don't really keep up with EKY football as much as I should though.

Magoffin is not in as far as I know. I believe Lewis County is in and also Russell.

Russell is not.

Maggofin may not be in the EKC, like I said that was just off my head. And, you are right Big Slick, I believe Lewis is in.

Russell is in the EKC in basketball only, not football.

What is the point?

What is the point?

If you are asking "what is the point of the EKC", it is an organization that puts schools together in a conference to help teams fill their schedule, for teams that may not be able to find games. If a team is in the conference they have teams that have to play conference games, and it makes scheduling easier.

The EKC also allows teams that are not going to be competing for a State Championship to compete for a Conference Championship. It gives the teams something to work toward and helps build the program.

The EKC also recognizes great athletes from within the conference, and helps to promote them to the state and to colleges to help garner possible scholarship opportunities.

Who can be contacted to find this out, someone would have to know?

I believe they have an "all EKC team" as well don't they?
