If I can respectfully disagree, we will never hear from Skinner in the music biz. He'll go the way of Taylor Hicks. For those that are familiar with American Idol and remember the blind guy getting through and somehow surviving without a lot of really strong talent to back it up, Mr. Skinner is that guy. The "chicken catcher" angle played well with many.

Believe it or not, I actually watched 2 or 3 episodes of America's Got Talent by random chance this year, and, while I like Skinner's story (and I thought his first performance, the Garth Brooks song, was very good) he simply doesn't have the vocal range or stage presence, IMO, to make it in the music business.
