That was an awful, AWFUL choice of play calls there.

 

Was it the play call or Hartline? That ball should have been chucked out of the back of the end zone. You can't throw a ball to the LOS with a guy all over the WR in that situation. Dumb.

 

Perhaps Joker needs to call plays where that isn't even an option for Hartline if his QB doesn't have better feel of the situation.

My summery of the first half is UK was strong in run defense, great on kickoff return, and pretty good on offense. UK was absolutely terrible in their 2 minute offense and their pass defense needs to adjust to the pass. Locke and Hartline look good for the Cats and the coaches look terrible.

I think I might break my T.V. the next time I see the clip of Kiffin from that UT presser. It's possibly the most blown out of proportion statement in history.

I don't think the Run D looks as good as you say it does. If UL gives it to Anderson on 4th and 1 there's no doubt he gets it.

I didn't think that their 2 minute gameplan was that bad, just the last play made it bad. I might just be an optamistic person, so I thought it was better than recent years. Hartline looks to have improved 100% over last year (thankfully). Also nice to see locke healthy. Still fast as lightning.
