Nice game by the Mustangs. They started the game slower then they should have. They got up 12-0 then let off until the second half when they turned it back on. Over all a great game by the mustangs. They delivered thier first shutout and lets make it 3-0 next week.

Congrats to the Mustangs! Looks like another long FB season in Brooksville; hopefully things can get turned around.

Congratulations to the Mustangs. Keep working on improving each week.

I'm starting to wonder.:idunno:

I guess I am also. I always pull for the area teams to do well, but the Polar Bear football program just can't seem to get any traction.

Big steps for the Mustangs!

While Bracken County didn't win last year, nor did the Mustangs, the Polar Bears laid it on us pretty good in a pre-season scrimmage.

Congrats guys!!!!

Make it 3 next Saturday.

Another embarassing loss for the BC program. Thought this game would either be low scoring and close or high scoring and close, should have known better. Did anyone that attended the game know if BC had their best athlete(freshman Eli Florer) at a skill position(RB), instead of on the OL?

Not sure but they did have some lineman that looked like they could play at a skill position.

Not saying anything about where this team will finish but the kids should have some satisfaction in knowing this: Brossart (2-0) has as many wins as the rest of their district combined (Beechwood, Bellevue, Dayton, Ludlow, and Walton).:thumb:

Exactly. How can you not want a team that calls themselves the Polar Bears to succeed? Coolest (pun intended) nickname in NKY.

It's starting to look like the hard work by the kids, the coachs, the school, and the supporters is starting to pay off. The mustangs just need to keep working hard and good things will happen.

Anyone know BC's injury situation or any players quitting before or after this game? Thanks.
