September 19, 200917 yr Author OK folks I'm talking about the reception that I'm getting. I have the HD Box, I turn the antenna one way I receive the Lexington stations and I turn it the other way I receive Cincinnati stations(for a little while anyway), and sometimes I get stations from West Virginia, Dayton, Indianapolis, strong and pretty clear picture then they start to fade out. The reception part is what I have a gripe with. :irked:

September 19, 200917 yr Devilman, can I take it that you have neither HD satellite nor HD cable, but the HD receiver antenna, making it possible to pick up broadcast stations for free? Is that right? If so, then a buddy of mine with an antenna and has made the same complaint, but he says it doesn't happen enough that he's worried about it. How frequently is this happening for you?

September 22, 200917 yr DirectV HDTV is just plain and simply................AWESOME! Whether it's baseball, football, basketball or golf, it's just incredible. When I first got it, I remember watching a Texas Tech basketball game on ESPN and I could see the face of Bobby Knight's watch, it was a gold face with the letters NIT inscribed on it. Pretty cool..............the only negative is I can't listen to the radio play by play any longer, because the HDTV is delayed about 3-5 seconds. I used to love to turn the TV volume down and listen to Cawood Ledford during a CATS game, didn't get much better than that............
