Little prayer

Dad pulled me out of football practice to tell me my 2 year old son had fallen, got knocked out and was throwing up in the ER. Lucky the football field is right by the hospital. My wife had walked out front and he was playing with my little girl. He fell off the toliet seat (playing with toy frogs in the sink with his sis) and hit his head or nose we're not sure. He was really lathargic at the ER and couldn't stay awake. Now he's back to his old self and the Catscans came back good. I think he's fine but always like a little extra prayer with things like this. I'm sure this is one of many for him....he's part monkey I think:lol:

Of course prayers are going up from the Rambler household. Sounds like everything will work out. I am glad the CT came back good.

Prayers will continue for Lil' Stick.

I understand too. I have a son that is sooooo accident prone. He went to Dr yesterday for his "good" knee. He mentioned that his folder was very thick. The Dr laughed and said, " Oh , there is another one just like this, you have 2 folders".

I have said a special prayer for your little boy and for angels to be with him.

Glad everything seems to be fine. Keep an eye on him and welcome to having a boy. :taz: This may be the first and hopefully the last, but my guess probably not. You'll make it, but you will most likely be on a first name basis with all emergency personnal. It can come in handy. You, hopefully will not, but it may work that they know all your info. the minute you walk into the ER so you won't have to fill out all the paperwork. Been there done that.:irked:

He is really tough and has a high pain tolerance. He's thrown up about 8 times but is in great spirits now. He threw up one more time when we got home then snuggled up on me and fell asleep about 2:30 hours ago. I don't get to worked up over things after coaching ball for so long etc. Not real crazy about my 2 year old throwing up that much over a head injury though. Really wasn't in the ER when he was out of it. He was in great spirits laughing and bossing with that little finger pointing before he went to sleep so I think he's OK. Thank you all for the prayers! Once again great little family we have on this site!

Rambler....Lil Stick....I like the ring of that lol!

He's part monkey I think so I figure it's probably one of many:lol: When he came around in the ER he was like a bull in a china shop wanting to climb everything etc. They hooked him up with some things to play with + teddy grams (which he puked later :puke::ohbrother:). This is our 2nd child and I've got multiple nephews etc so I know it comes with the territory. Not crazy about him throwing up so much with a head injury though.

I don't like the throwing up with a head injury. Watch him close for the next few days. I would also keep him with me while he slept. It's probably nothing to worry about, but I would ere on the side of caution.

Yeh I'm with you. We're taking turns sleeping with him.

Stick, if Lil' Stick is pointing fingers and yelling that just may be the future coach coming out in him.

I wonder where he could have picked that up from? :idunno::D
