As a Bengals fan, and someone who suffered along with everyone else through Chad's season last year I care. I don't think this will be allowed to happen, but nothing good could come of it. What NBA players did this during games? I know of Charlie V. doing it at halftime one game and got in a a world of trouble for it.

I'm pretty sure Shaq did as well and his coach said as long as he's getting it done off court he could care less.

This also doesn't quantify as plenty of NBA players. On a side note: Shaq is very entertaining on twitter.

Either way there is no problem unless it becomes a huge distraction.
