June 24, 200917 yr The Ol Duckster has a guarantee early in the second round, and after verifying with sources, I am now confident that the Denver Nuggets will take me at No. 34. Their only stipulation was if their were NO other players available to choose from.
June 24, 200917 yr The draft is too fluid a process with trades and players rising and dropping for someone to guarantee someone a second round pick.
June 24, 200917 yr I think the T'Wolves will take Meeks. They now have 4 1st round selections, which bodes well for Jodie.
June 24, 200917 yr Can't see anyone getting a guarantee unless it is Blake Griffin. Sounds like the T-Wolves are trying to get to the #2 pick and will package a pair of their first round picks to do so. They say they want to keep at least two picks in the lottery...so maybe they package a 5th and the 18th for the second pick.
