I read where Machida is the favorite but I think Evans will some how pull it off. Hopefully it's not a boring fight, since both are somewhat elusive and look for counter strikes. I think Hughes will beat Serra by decision. They both have a lot of rust to shake off coming into the fight. I will be in Sin City this weekend so hopefully I can find some tickets that don't cost an arm and a leg.

If you go take lots of pictures!

I think Evans can pull it off too. I was at UFC 88 when he KO'd Liddell, that was awesome.

I also think Hughes will edge out a decision. If they keep it standing though, Serra could knock him out.

I hope Machida wins against Evans. I think his style of fighting is perfect for the UFC, but this matchup does make me more than a little nervous. I genuinely hope Matt Hughes hammerfists Matt Serra until his arm falls off. Also, I think the Sean Sherk Vs Frankie Edgar will be a really good fight.

When is it? I was thinking about trying to watch some UFC now that I am getting into because of the game.

Saturday at 10 is correct.

I'm looking forward to 3 fights the most.

Also excited to see how Phillipe Nover does.

^ Me 2. I'm completely stoked about the Machida fight though

I'll be watching...looking forward to the main events and seeing Sean Sherk.

Too close for predictions, plus I like Machida, Evans, Hughes and fellow New Yorker Serra. My only predition is this card will be more exciting than UFC 97 (wouldn't take much!).

I'll probably be watching, and I hope it is better than the last ppv. I think Evans wins although Machida has been very, very impressive. Machida certainly has the better martial arts skills, but I like Evans athleticism and that is what seperates him from other fighters. Should be a great fight.

As will Hughes/Serra. Both with major ego's who do not like to lose, and both formerly the kings of their division. As alluded to, if it goes to the ground I look for Hughes to use that Iowa skill and take it either by submission, or just by controlling the bout and picking up the decision. If it is a standing duel, or if they stand more than they are on the ground, then I think it is Serra. Don't count out Serra's ground game by no means either, its just I think Hughes is better since it is his bread and butter.

As for the rest of the matchups, looks like a good card. Last PPV the undercard bouts pretty much overshadowed the main events except for maybe Shogun KO'ing Chuck in the first. Looking forward to it.

Ill be watching as usually. Its a strange card for me because its a good card of fights but of all the guys on it Sherk is the only one I usually pull for when he fights.

I have to go with Machida. No one's even come close to him yet, but if anyone can, I'd say it would be Evans. Much like W, he's been misunderestimated his entire career. I'd love to see Hughes pull one more out. I heard today that "when" he gets by Serra, he'd love a rematch against Alves. He said he took that fight on very short notice from the UFC as a favor, had little time to train, and was injured. Of course though, that's what great fighters that fight past their prime and can't let go do, make excuses. And fans like me back them up 100%

Theres a good chance that this is Hughes last fight and possibly Serra as well.

Where can we watch these online again? I know you've told me before NHS.
