It is within the law BigZig, they are following every step of the law to reach the goal at hand. Wether you like it or not is irrelevant, nothing being done is against the law.

 

Just because an action is legal doesn't mean an action shouldn't be criticised.

Where did I say you couldn't critcize it. BigZig was infering that it wasn't legal and he was taking the law into his own hands. Which is not the case.

Please BigStud don't ever try to infer for me regarding anything. No where have I suggested that what the Drauds are trying to do is illegal at all. All I've ever suggested is it another attempt by a rather self serving family to

best serve their own interest and quite honestly I really doubt that they care one bit about what the rest of the neighborhood thinks.

They have every right to try and change any law they want to try to change.

IMO it is just another example of how no one wants to play by the rules as they currently exist. Lets just keep changing the rules so that they suit our own self-serving needs. That's sort of the way you like to see things done isn't it bs. :ylsuper:

Sounds to me like some people have a personal beef with Draud and are looking for any reason to get on him. As I said, it's not illegal and it's not even unusual. I commend him for doing what he thinks is in his family's best interest. I don't happen to think it's that big a deal but if the respective school boards do and shoot it down, so be it.

Nothing personal from me regarding Dr Draud at all. Have known him for a great many years. He's a very smart intelligent man who has done very well for himself. There are just a great many of us who know exactly how he operates and it always serves to benefit him and his 1st.

By changing a law he implyed as if no other citizen had the right to do it and he has some special right to do so. It is already a law, he is just using the law in his favor.
