Dayton gets a bye and will face the winner of St. Henry/Newport, Villa takes on NCC.

 

I believe Beechwood and Dayton are on the same side as Newport and St. Henry. HC would play the winner of Villa/NewCath. Bellevue is also on NewCath's side, and I think Heritage is also.

Villa got a pretty good draw. NCC and then Holy Cross. (cakewalk)

The All "A" draw is pretty early this year isn't it? Is it this way state wide?

Its always about this time for the 9th Region.

St. Henry/Newport is the big matchup early whoever wins I see facing NCC in the finals. What do both St.Henry and Newport have coming back this year?

I know St. Henry loses Speed. If I remember correctly, they had a lot of seniors on last years squad.

 

Newport will return a lot but loses Darnell. They will be very similar to what they were last year, up and down.

Beechwood lost a ton from last years region team. Villa will have Bryan who can change games on his own but no one around him. Who knows with Bellevue with new coach and players. Heritage is Heritage. NCC, Dayton, and Newport should be the early favorites but as we all know that could change very easily one the season rolls around.

I wouldn't go that far. I still think NCC has to be the favorite with the players they return.

Give it to NCC or St. Henry, they will out coach everyone else.

Don't overlook Dayton this year. All players returning from last year. They've got a great shot.

No, Please overlook Dayton. This team returns talent and then with a chip on their shoulder will be a tough out in the 'A'.

Bellevue will have to be scrappy they are hurtin talent wise from freshmen all the way up

This one is NCC's to lose IMO, although I'll take Faust if the younger talent develops? I'd say Newport is a potential dark horse--To the rest, good luck!!
