In which case you said "He'll get drafted", to which none of us had disputed, because we all believe if he stays in the draft, he will be drafted. But again you still have not answered the question of how Patterson is not giving Cal a chance, and for that matter, why should he feel obligated to?

Read post #49 why would he not stay in the draft?:lol::idunno: Ah there it is, perhaps because he feels as though he can increase his draft stock(which is highly likely), he may want a shot at a title, and perhaps, just perhaps he actually enjoys college life at UK and he recognizes the NBA will be there next year, however if he leaves UK it's highly unlikely that he ever comes back as a student again.

I mean I didn't see a post by anyone that wasn't saying anything wrong regarding your post. You never once came out and said that you think Patterson would stay in the draft. You talked about how maybe he was not going to give Coach Cal a chance, but all people were saying was Patterson was going to test the NBA waters no matter what, it really has nothing to do with giving Coach Cal a chance or not. It has nothing to do with who is Coach. Testing the waters means you're gauging yourself according to what the NBA scouts think. He's getting a feel for what they're saying he needs to work on, and where he may go if he left this year. Alot of kids do this with no intentions of entering the draft. However in Patterson's case, he may be better off going into the draft this year, all speculation at this point. Sportsfan41 was simply answering the question that you asked, and that was that it had nothing to do with not giving Coach Cal a chance. I think you just took his answer like he was being smart or something, when really all he did was just answering your own question. Thats basically all he did this whole time.
