April 14, 200917 yr I remember fishing off the coast of Fla and I asked the captain why all the fishing boats stayed close. He said that pirates were alive and well. I guess he wasn't kidding!
April 14, 200917 yr If they've taken all these ships, where are they? Because they are always shown in these little lifeboats. SPIKE TV is going to air a Pirate Reality TV show in the Fall, I just heard last night on ETV. They are going to span over 100,000 miles of waters off the Africa coast.

April 14, 200917 yr I know this might not be a popular opinion, on BGP or in the rest of the world, but I don't see why Pirates are such a threat. They're thieves. They're in boats. Can it really be that hard to eliminate the threat? Or are we just too politically correct, or too scared, or too (insert excuse here) to take action?
