I went yesterday. Got to sit in the Keeneland Room (4th Foor overlooking the track). Too bad it was a terrible weather day and we couldn't go stand out on the roof, but it was nice to stay dry!

I will NEVER go on Bluegrass Stakes day again after two years ago. I'm not a fan of being packed into a place like a sardine.

They only run live six weeks out of the year, but conduct simulcast wagering the rest of the year.

Was that when they set the record? They had a little over 33,000 a couple years back. Many years ago, maybe 1988, they closed the gates on us at about 28,000. That was the year Risen Star ran.

I went last week and walked away with $490 in my pocket! How, you might ask? My buddy's girlfriend was watching the horses out on the paddock and would say "That horse is pretty, its going to win!" So, I listened, and won 4 races in a row!:ylsuper:

 

I walked out last week with around $230, with the biggest win $189 on the 9th race.

Watched a lot on TVG today and it looked PACKED!

Not sure on attendance but there were a lot of people there.
