April 9, 200917 yr Me and my friends attend every Tuesday for 45 cent wing night. The place is 10 times better than BDUBS in my opinion.
April 9, 200917 yr I've only eaten at the Ohio locations but I've always thought Buffalo Wings & Rings had the best wings.
April 9, 200917 yr Author My kids love it. They just tell me I need to order extra wet or some craziness. But of my 5 or 6 visits, trying to give the the benefit, I have not been pleased with flavor, or service. Sorry there is no B-DUB in bardstown, Something to work on! No college in Bardstown, so no BW3 will be coming any time soon.
April 9, 200917 yr No college in Bardstown, so no BW3 will be coming any time soon. St. Catherine? Small, but a college non the less. Maybe you could sell the B-Dub folks! Hokie, Bootleg Bar-B-Q has great wings, but give them a 3 hour notice. Without a doubt, these are the best I have ever had. You have to plan. As AL says, you must order a minimum of 3 hours ahead. Well worth the trouble! I finally learned this whole multi-quote thing! :dancingpa :taz:

April 10, 200917 yr Never heard of this place but will have to come and check it out when I head back up to Jeffersonville.
April 13, 200917 yr I'm not that good of a salesman. And SCC is in Springfield. OOppss Sorry I'm guessing they slow-cook them? On the smoker, wow! They are truely awsome. :taz:
July 12, 200917 yr Author On the smoker, wow! They are truely awsome. :taz: I've done this a few times reheating leftover wings. I'm thinking about getting a few pounds of raw ones for this purpose next time I do up a pork butt or a rack of ribs. The more I go to BWR, the more I like it. Their wings are on par with BW3, and I never thought I'd hear myself say that. I went to BW3 Friday for the first time in several months, and a big reason why it's been so unprecedentedly long between visits has to do with the fact that BWR is a more than adequate substitute. And, of course, it's much more convenient. :thumb: Plus, I think BWR has the best bleu cheese dressing I've ever tasted.
July 12, 200917 yr Anybody ever eat the wings at Frickers? I ate their wings for the first time this summer on vacation and was amazed at not only how good they were, but also the great prices.
July 12, 200917 yr The 2 new ones in Louisville have not been very good at all the times I have gone. The service, set-up and beers have all been fine but the food definitely leaves something to be desired.
July 12, 200917 yr There used to be a Buffalo Wings & Rings in Florence off of Mall Road, I think. Either that or Buffalo Bobs??? I'm not a big fan of BW3's. It's alright, but nothing special. They continue to jack up the prices on their "special" wings night, which really gets me. If you're in the NKY / Greater Cincinnati area, try Longworth's in Mt. Adams. They have $.35 wings on Tuesdays and they're big & meaty. They also have $3 22 oz. beers on Tuesdays that go very well together.

It was dirty, and the food was nasty, much the same way it was at the Taylor Mill location. The company has since upped its game in a big way.
July 12, 200917 yr Used to be one in Alexandria, but it got closed down about 5 years ago... Went to one in Milford a couple months back, and it wasn't similar at all, I was impressed... That place was terrible I don't know about now though.
