That would be a great boost for the program...they play great football in that part of Ga.

He was the coach at Hazard before he left for Georgia after the 2001 season. Joe Beder took over in 2002, then Mo's brother or cousin Mark took over in 2003 and has been there ever since.

 

Maurice did a fine job at Hazard, usually going at least 2 rounds into the playoffs every year, around 7-9 wins in each of his final 4 seasons at Hazard. I lost track of him when he left for GA.

If he wants to come home, the money may not be the primary issue. Maurice would be a GREAT pickup if the Cardinals could get him. They need discipline and I think he could get it done.
