March 25, 200917 yr The rebels will be improved but will not score more than 10 points against our D. We beat LSU last year at their den, we have them at our place and if their QB doesn't improve they might not beat anybody. Ole Miss will always be Ole Miss.
March 25, 200917 yr ^ Larry, I wouldn't discount LSU just yet. They won't have the same QB this year. I expect the freshman they had last year (Robinson??) to take over. He looked really good in his bowl game. Then they have the Shepard kid coming in who isn't a polished passer but brings comparisons to Pat White. They will have a good team. I think Bama will be better, but LSU should be legit. I think either of those two teams or UF could win the SEC. As for Ole Miss, Nutt will have them as a good team, I just don't think they have the talent to consistenly beat any of the big 3.

Whoa thats :scared: It wasn't Robinson, sorry for my mistake. The QB's name is Jordan Jefferson. True there. Not even Tebow would have faired well as a full-time frosh starter in the SEC. I would say thats probably what cost Jefferson the job last year, though who could have played worse than Jarret Lee? Jefferson was 16-25 for 142 yds and a TD vs. Georgia Tech in their bowl game. As for the Bama QB's, I think incoming frosh AJ McCaron (sp?) looks promising. I really want to see what Star can do though..... If he ever gets a chance.
March 25, 200917 yr As I stated before Redshirt Junior will go into camp #1. Star and a walkon junior who had a huge spring last year will get some looks. A.J. will redshirt as Star did last year. Sidenote: Nick Montana will visit the campus this week.

They are by the overwhelming favorites, especially as down as the top of college football will be next year. UF is National Championship worhty, but does any other team in America actually deserve a shot? No doubt other teams are good, but I don't know if any other team is an actual title type team. That said, I hope I'm wrong.
