DreamLand Posted March 16, 2009 Posted March 16, 2009 Lincoln County, Rockcastle County, Wayne County, Casey County and Somerset.
velcro12 Posted March 16, 2009 Author Posted March 16, 2009 How will the Jessamine county schools fair.
oldballcoach Posted March 16, 2009 Posted March 16, 2009 Lincoln should be the easy favorite with Wayne and Rockcastle not far behind.
ebayer Posted March 16, 2009 Posted March 16, 2009 Lincoln should be the easy favorite with Wayne and Rockcastle not far behind. I agree, but I don't think you can ever count out Casey.
Hardwood12th Posted March 16, 2009 Posted March 16, 2009 Mercer County has some good young players. If they develop throughout the summer the Titan's could make some noise.
notme Posted March 17, 2009 Posted March 17, 2009 What about all the talk about Fothergill going to Somerset and Pittman going to SW or Wayne? That could change the outcome of things.........
Jesse James Posted March 17, 2009 Posted March 17, 2009 Lincoln, Rockcastle, Wayne, Casey and Mercer will be the top 5.
KYHOOP Posted March 17, 2009 Posted March 17, 2009 Pittman is not going anywhere? Like to know where you heard that?
magicfan217 Posted March 18, 2009 Posted March 18, 2009 It's going to fun watching Pittman and Hammonds play for the next few years. Those two are for real!
notme Posted March 18, 2009 Posted March 18, 2009 Pittman is not going anywhere? Like to know where you heard that? Thats what I would have thought, but several Casey County parents where saying it at region.
velcro12 Posted March 19, 2009 Author Posted March 19, 2009 How will East jessamine be without their two stars, and does west have anything coming up.
magicfan217 Posted March 19, 2009 Posted March 19, 2009 How will East jessamine be without their two stars, and does west have anything coming up. I expect neither to make noise next year. I only saw both schools play one time this season, but West was non competitive (and their JV was too) and with East losing their stars they aren't going to be able to compete either. Why aren't the Jessamine County schools more competitive? Seems like it would be a hotbed considering the proximity to Lex.....
ColyCrazy Posted March 19, 2009 Posted March 19, 2009 West is going to need some time. Their feeder system was null and void. You had several classes to never win a game until high school.
