No disrespect meant here, but seems the only ones complaining are the Mason Co fans....

 

The 9th has a 3 yr contract with BOKC, so naturally they are going to try and accomodate those teams first. I really don't see the big deal about when and where they play. Regardless, all teams are still going to have to show up with their "A" game or they'll be going home early.

 

And FWIW, the 10th region fans actually have it better, as they can catch all 4 of the quarters games in one day for the price of what the 9th fans are going to pay for just two games. I feel the BOKC has more than accomodated the 10th region fans.

 

Why would the Mason Co fans worry about what time Deming has to leave Mt.Olivet?:idunno:

BOKC sits probably about a quarter mile off of 27. When you get to the NKU campus, turn left on to Nunn Drive and you can see the arena from there. You're probably going to travel around 45-50 miles from Cynthiana to NKU, taking 27 all the way up.

The Ninth had a contract (a three year contract to boot) in hand prior to the Tenth asking the BOKC for the use of the building. Should the Ninth have just rolled over and played dead for the folks in the Tenth?

. I would guarentee that the 10th region boys tourny will bring in more money than the 9th region girls will. By the way I paid $63.00 today for 4 tickets on Saturday! Ridiculous! The schools should have tickets just like they do at Rupp!

You could have waited until Sat to get your tickets and only paid $48 (Assuming you paid $63 because you got the $12 tickets for re-entry + service charge through Ticketmaster) or $32 for the 4 tickets. ($8 a piece)

One of our adults from our group of supporters went today to get tickets for both the adults and a number of students. For every game we sit together to cheer the Bulldogs on, usually with the other adults and what few students cheer.

 

The person selling the tickets at BOK informed us that adults could not purchase tickets in the cheering section.:confused: :irked:

Not unless you can sneak in a kiddie and hold her on your lap through 4 ball games! It's going to be fun enough to leave my little town to drive up to the big city by 10:00. Didn't want the added pressure of having to stand in line. Hope there is no police on the AA that early on Saturday!

Sorry dude. I don't live in Mason Co. I just like to follow both teams! I find it interesting to watch the defending state champs when they are in your back door.

I would agree with you. It appears the 10th region has gotten a great set up. I would love to hear from those that are running the tourney for the 10th.

Good grief I'll have to leave here at 8:00 to get there anyway I didn't want to risk having to stand in line. I can tell you that Deming is sitting in section 103 and Mason Co in section 102.
