My father caters and cooks whole pigs and it has been called the best BBQ in Maysville before.

I think I have had that at a wedding before, it is awesome.

I don't know who your father is, but I'd like to try some.

I like the ribs at Tony Roma's

Moonlight is great because of the variety on the buffett.

I also like Starnes BBQ's pulled pork sandwich in Paducah.

What's the name of the place on WKY Parkway that's in a parking lot of a gas station there just off the highway? I ordered the pulled pork and fries and had 2 large containers STUFFED full, and that was only 1 order! YUMMY!!

Sounds like Heaton's BBQ in Princeton.

Might be it. I know it was Gooooood!

See post #5. Best I've ever had!

If you like Montgomery Inn, then they've got all you can eat ribs Sunday through Thursday next week at all 3 locations.

They are good. They have been featured on Food Network before.

It's really good and gets no love in E-Town. It should move somewhere else besides that chain restaurant hell hole.

They also have the best bar for watching sports in E-Town easily. It always amazed my friends and I that they don't get a ton of business. Most people would rather go to Texas Roadhouse across the street.

I've gone there several times and always enjoy it. Of course, E'town is about as lame as it gets, so it's no surprise the locals opt for the warm, fuzzy and familiar of the chains.

There is a little joint in Carrollton called Tina's that does a great job. Brisket, pork, turkey...

Has a sandwich called the Tammy Combo - smoked turkey and brisket on Texas Toast with a horseradish sauce, mmm.... may have to go there for lunch today :ylsuper:

Yeah, Tina's had excellent BBQ for some time. Hate that she had to move from Gallatin Co.

I love the place. And I am in complete agreement, E-Town gets my vote as lamest place in the world. I know of several good non-chain restaurants that have closed down due to lack of business. The worse part about it is, they don't even have any good non-chains IMO (I like Red Lobster, but the E-Town one has AWFUL service).
