No surprise here. Lincoln shows it's a contender and McCreary shows it's got a LONG way to go to even be playing in the region tournament.

Watts could not guard Spulin tonight as he dominates for the Pats and stakes claim to the best in the 12th region.

That's good to see. I think Spurlin has been a little too passive at times this season. He's at his best (and Lincoln is as well) when he plays aggressive on both ends all night long.

That was the difference in the game. McCreary didn't have anyone who could stop Spurlin, especially in the paint area. Central doesn't defend the paint well.

 

The Dixon kid looks like a nice athlete.

Spurlin really looked good last night. The Raiders were just a little late getting there to help Watts when Spurlin was posting up on the block.

 

The Raiders mounted a little run there in the 4th to cut it to 7, but couldn't get any closer. Congrats to the Pats!

The Raiders opened up with a 5-0 lead before Lincoln County responded with an 11-0 run. The game was never really close after that.

I am not sure. I haven't spoken with his parents in over a month, but these are the schools that were interested in him that I can remember (the ones that have contacted him) I don't know who has made offers...

 

Purdue, Minnesota, EKU, Berea, Asbury, Trasy, Centre, Morehead, TN Martin, College of Charleston, etc...
