Here's another observation I made today - it appears that the All A classic pulled out the All F officials. The officiating in the games I watched today was terrible - not in favor of any one team or anything, just horrendous all around.

Here's another observation I made today - it appears that the All A classic pulled out the All F officials. The officiating in the games I watched today was terrible - not in favor of any one team or anything, just horrendous all around.

 

While we're at it, who in the world is the PA man? He's got a good voice, but my word he talks a lot! Kids are shooting foul shots and he's talking away. Multiple times today he announced the wrong player getting buckets and fouls. Many times the number of fouls were wrong. Nobody's perfect, but this is a "state" tournament and it's the second time all of these teams have played. You'd hope for a little more competence.

 

But enough complaining!

Yeah, I'm not complaining, it was just an observation. I saw a few times today when the PA guy announced the wrong player. I also heard him with the wise "Number 3 for 3!!!"

Good win for the Elliott. Four players in double digits is great stability in a team. I am rooting for Elliott winning it all. They will have their hands full with Shelby Valley next.
