Toughest District in the state?

I would go with the 42nd.

43rd is also really tough.

Top to bottom, the 27th would take it based on the performance of the two lowest teams! There will be no easy first round game and at one time the top three teams all ranked in top 15

Scott Co > Ballard - Ballard has improved, although so has Scott Co.

Bryan Station= Seneca - I believe Seneca beat them in the preseason easily

Trinity(15-3) > Henry Clay(12-9) - Trinity with only one bad loss to Ballard

Waggener>>Sayre - This one may not be close

This year they are close, but year in and year out the 42nd is the best in my opinion.

The 42nd, hands down.

Historically, I don't disagree. I was was focusing on the current season.

Wow that is a pretty tough district!

Interesting. No Male, St. X, and Manual in the 25th?

Agreed - that is definitely a tough district, but I was simply picking what I feel are the three toughest. Male, St. X, and Manual are good teams, but if you told me I could place my team in either the 27th, 28th, and 25th, I'd much rather take my chances in the 25th.
