Conner 81 George Rogers Clark 79

Congrats to Conner; Cards will bounce back and be a formidable team when at full strength.

And it's not just "having someone out of the lineup". Practice is different, substitution patterns are different; everything is different.

You are so right.:thumb::thumb: Thanks papa...I know you understand...as Mason has had players out this year too. Hope Pawsat is back on the hardwood soon.

Hate to see my 10th region counterpart fall, but congrats to Conner, I hope all the GRC players get back to full strength before the district tourney starts.

So do I. Thanks inthesuite...appreciate our rival team's fan concerned about our team and our players. Shows that we compete on the court...but leave it all there.:thumb:

Hate having a loss but a loss is'nt always a bad thing. Only losing buy 2 on the road after playing as much ball as they have in such little time and not having their full roster on the floor to me says alot for this team. Proud of our boys. The injury bug does'nt help things either. Were pretty good now but look out when their all healthy. GO CARDS!!!!!!!!:ylsuper:

Any updates on Rogers?

I have heard this isn't official but no earlier than 4-6 weeks

Wow I didnt see this one coming but I suppose anything can happen on any given night, thats why you play the game!

Good win for Conner. It's a different ballgame if Clark Co has their other big boy. From what I remember, Zollo had a couple of stupid fouls 90 feet from the basket. You can't do that, especially with a very weak bench. Conner's high/low game killed Clark in the second half. Has Coach Humphrey played a zone at all this year?? Maybe would have helped slow the game down when Stenzel and then Zollo got into foul trouble.

I agree on Rogers being out hurt. He is averaging 15 points and 10 rebounds. Yes we have played zone...started out in a 1-3-1 against Montgomery Co.

No Way! I give Connor there props they played a heck of a game down the stretch and really took advantage of the opportunity when Stenzel went out! Did find it interesting that two players from GRC fouled out and none for Connor again not making excuses just saying. Also not having Rogers hurt GRC he is a big physical player that really rebounds well and finishes well around the basket. This was GRC's 5th game in 8 days which is hard on any team regardless of there talent level! Again not making excuses Connor played great GRC just didn't seem to be all there today!

You made three in one paragraph.

Not excuses...just the facts....you want the facts of the other players that have/are hurt?????

Hope GRC can get a chance to heal up. They have had a lot of injuries this year.

Those weren't excuses they were facts!

Nice win for Conner. Impressive!
