Didn't Holmes lose to Bryan Station. A loss is a loss, no matter how you try to slice it.

Just saw in another poll that Holmes was ranked #24 NATIONALLY. Makes this poll look even more like a joke considering Cantrall has two teams ahead of them in state.

 

I wouldn't think a national poll would be as accurate as an in-state poll.

True...but they also haven't lost a game since that loss and included in that streak is an 18 point win over the same team that beat them.

 

People can bring that loss up all they want but I wouldn't put too much stock in an early season loss that occurred in the second game of the year. Male beat Holmes in the early part of last season and all Holmes did was go on to win 28 of their next 29 on their way to the state championship game.

Apparently so...lose to Bryan Station by 14 and turn around 2 games later and beat Scott Co in a game that was never really close until the final minutes.

The Hazard vs Perry Central game was not an All "A" game. Perry Central is not an All "A" School. Big win for the Dawgs tho.

My opinion is what matters to me. Not a ranking that means nothing. Yall shouldnt hold on to that too much.
